In the past 2 yrs I have taken a great interest in nutrition and fitness. With my own weight loss success (having never stepped foot in a gym) I have gained the knowledge and drive to keep it off while developing habits that keep it interesting, fun and challenging. I want to pass this on to you! It's amazing what our bodies can do when we push them and even more amazing at what we can sculpt them into. Sometimes we just need a little push and motivation, that's what I plan to help you find in my class in a fun and alternative way.
